The Flight Attendant : Season 2, Episode 1
Might contain spoilers.
The cast are all as good as before and I adore Annie and Max. Kaley Cuoco is still fantastic. The story seems sort of interesting. It breaks my heart, therefore, to say the first episode was all I could watch. It’s simply too strange: a continuation of a series that didn’t need a second season, in a new form that’s only superficially the same. On top of that, no matter how pleasing to the eye Cassie might be in her cocktail dress, the imagined conversations with her past self have an overly dramatic tone to them that fails to recapture the believability of the first season.
After reading Pajiba’s review of the whole thing, I’m happy to report I correctly surmised the identity of one of the villains and the involvement of another character.
